Diagnostic testing confidentiality

Home access tests are anonymous: samples are identified by a barcode sample ID rather than your name. Test results and health information are kept confidential and shared only with you or the healthcare provider you authorise.

Third-party services

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which may collect standard technical data such as your IP address.
